1. Orders & Payments

All orders placed with American Custom Cabinets are considered custom orders. A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment terms are agreed upon and approved.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

3. Custom Work

Customer-approved measurements, designs, colors, finishes, and specifications are final. The customer is responsible for verifying all details before approval. American Custom Cabinets is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and may vary due to material availability, shipping delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

6. Warranty Coverage

 

Hardware Warranty

All cabinet hinges and slides are covered under a 10-year limited warranty. Defective hardware will be replaced during the warranty period.

 

Cabinet Warranty

Cabinets are covered under a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

7. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence

• Water, moisture, heat, or environmental damage

• Improper installation by third parties

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration over time

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

8. Limitation of Liability

American Custom Cabinets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or delivery of products.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with American Custom Cabinets, the customer agrees to all terms, conditions, warranties, and policies stated above.
