No Refund & Warranty Policy

All sales are final. American Custom Cabinets does not offer refunds on any cabinets, hardware, materials, or custom orders once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Warranty Coverage

• Hardware (Hinges & Slides):
  Covered by a 10-year guarantee. Any defective hinges or slides will be replaced at no charge during the warranty period.

• Cabinets:
  Covered by a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, water exposure, or neglect

• Normal wear and tear

• Color variations or natural wood characteristics

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
